Dr. Loyd is a well-known and respected church planter, theologian, practitioner, and innovator who has studied the techniques of creating strong churches and reaching out to emerging generations. She is the author of “Your Vocational Credo: Practical Steps to Discover Your Unique Purpose,” as well as a Certified Life Coach.
Deborah also teaches at the Seminary level, recently leading classes at George Fox University, Warner Pacific University, and Western Seminary.
She earned her D. Min. degree from Bakke Graduate Institute.

Al has celebrated a three-decade career consulting and advising some the West’s most successful real estate developers and builders. As a founding Partner of Fusionhappens, LLC, his creative teams have been recognized Nationwide with over 200 awards for creative innovation over the past fifteen years.
For several years, Al has also served on the board of his local church on Bainbridge Island, where he led a $5,000,000 church building initiative. He served for over a decade as a Board member and management advisor for a denomination-owned Christian Conference Center in Oregon. He currently serves as a volunteer Development Director for “Welcome Home” a church-oriented refugee service organization.
Al studied Marketing Communications at the University of Washington, and in 2015 completed the Leadership in the New Parish Certificate Program from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology. Al is currently an active member of Quest Church, Seattle, Washington.
